This Agreement defines the terms of use for Users of the materials and services on the Website.

This Agreement is not a public offer.

1. The subject of the agreement is as follows
   1. The Administration grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Website and provides accompanying services on a free or paid basis, in accordance with the applicable Subscription Plans.
   2. he User utilizes the Website in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the selected Subscription Plan, as well as pays the specified fees, unless otherwise provided by the Subscription Plan.
2. General Provisions
   1. In order to use the Website, the User must register at https://easywin.today/sign-up.
   2. After registration, the User receives a unique Account to access the Personal Account.
   3. All actions taken by the User on the Website and in the Personal Account are considered to be done by the User personally.
   4. The User is solely responsible for the security of their Login and password, as well as the consequences in case of loss or compromise of the access credentials.
   5. In the case of transferring Account data to third parties, the User assumes full responsibility for their actions on the Website.
   6. The Website is not intended for and cannot be used by individuals under the age of 18. By registering, the User guarantees that he/she is 18 years of age or older, or that he/she has the consent of a parent or legal guardian with this User Agreement.
   7. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into effect 3 (three) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the website at https://easywin.today/legal/terms-and-conditions.
      If the User disagrees with the introduced changes, the User must refrain from accessing the Website and cease using the materials and services of the Website.
   8. The Administration may organize information newsletters for Users related to orders, Website updates, promotions, and other information related to the operation of the Website.
      Newsletters may be sent through sms, push messages, email, or other means. The necessary contact information is provided by the User during registration.
3. Terms of Use
   1. The User is entitled to use the Website in accordance with this Agreement.
   2. The Administration is not obligated to provide consulting and technical support to the User.
   3. The Website and services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
   4. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the materials and services of the Website.
   5. The Administration does not provide any express or implied warranties to the User regarding the materials and services of the Website, including but not limited to: fitness for specific purposes, security and protection, accuracy, completeness, performance, system integration,uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, bug fixes, absence of viruses, legality of use in any territory.
   6. The Administration is not responsible for:
      • The inability to use the Website due to reasons beyond the Administration's control;
      • Any actions and/or inactions of service providers, networks, software or equipment;
      • The security of the User's Login and/or password.;
      • Unauthorized and/or unlawful use of the User's Login and/or password by third parties;
      • Any damage that may be caused to the User's devices, media, and/or software as a result of using the materials and services of the Website.
   7. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as a violation of international law,including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a disruption of the normal operation of the Website services.
   8. The User is hereby informed that the Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, the links to which may be published on the Website.
   9. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User for any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Website, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts the User entered into using the information or links published on the Website.
   10. The User undertakes to use personal funds from their own bank accounts/e-wallets exclusively for payment of the Website services.
4. Other Conditions
   1. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency, partnership, joint venture,employment, or any other relationship between the User and the Website Administration that is not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
   2. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
5. Services
   1. The Administration provides the User with the following services:
      • Access to data provided by the Website's partners, according to the selected Subscription Plan;
      • Access to tools for visual representation of data provided by the Website's partners,according to the selected Subscription Plan;
      • Access to tools for receiving notifications about changes in data provided by the Site's partners, according to the selected Subscription Plan.
   2. The Administration reserves the right to refuse the User the service of providing access to tools for receiving notifications about changes in data provided by the Website's partners if the User's interaction with these tools leads to a high load on the hardware of the Website and/or causes improper functioning of the Website's tools.
6. Prohibited Actions
   1. The User is not allowed to:
      • Use the Website in ways not expressly provided for in the Agreement;
      • Modify, configure, translate, or create derivative products based on the Website, or integrate the Website into other intellectual property results;
      • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions imposed by the Website;
      • Decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or perform any other actions with the source code of the Website and its components;
      • Transmit the Account data to third parties for simultaneous access to the Personal Account.
7. Account Blocking and Deletion
   1. Blocking implies the User's inability to use the Account to access the Personal Account.
   2. The Administration has the right to immediately block the User's Account in the following cases:
      • Identification of the User's violation of the provisions of the Agreement;
      • Identification of the User's violation of the provisions of applicable international legal norms;
      • Receive of relevant requirements from government authorities;
      • Identification of fraudulent actions by the User.
   3. The User undertakes to take all necessary actions to cease the violation on their own.
   4. In the event of refusal to cease the violation or repeated blocking, the Administration has the right to unilaterally delete the Account without refunding any funds to the User.
8. Subscription Plans
   1. Types of available Subscription Plans are available at the link https://easywin.today/prices.
   2. Subscription Plans may be subject to changes at the unilateral decision of the Administration. The cost of the paid period remains unaffected by such changes.
   3. After registration, the User is entitled to use the Personal Account free of charge during the trial period specified in the 'START' Subscription Plan, within the framework provided by this Subscription Plan. The Administration may grant the User an additional trial period.
   4. To permanently switch to a paid Subscription Plan, the User must pay for it using the payment methods offered on the Website.
   5. Subscription Plan payment is subject to 100% prepayment terms.
   6. The date of payment is the date when the funds are credited to the Website's bank accounts/electronic wallets.
   7. Obligations to make payment are considered unfulfilled in the event of a refund of funds at the request of the payment organization.
   8. Non-use of services, materials, and tools of the Personal Account does not exempt the User from payment for them.
   9. Upon expiration of the paid Subscription Plan period, the User may pay for it using the payment methods provided by the functionality on the Website, in accordance with the Subscription Plans in effect at the time of payment.
9. Refunds
   1. The User has the right to cancel a paid subscription to the Website's services under the following conditions:
      • The Subscription Plan payment was made for a period of 7 days or more;
      • The time elapsed since the Subscription Plan payment does not exceed 30% of the paid Subscription Plan duration.
   2. To request a refund of the paid funds, the User needs to contact the Website's Administration using any of the methods described in the 'Contacts' section of the Website and submit a refund request. The request should include the following information:
      • User's Username;
      • Name of the paid Subscription Plan;
      • Date and time of Subscription Plan payment, including the time zone;
      • Transaction identifier;
      • Transaction amount;
      • Reasons for canceling the subscription (optional).
   3. Upon verification of the data, if the refund request meets all the criteria, the refund process follows these steps:
      • The refund is made to the same details from which the payment was made;
      • The refund is made in the same currency in which the payment was made;
      • The refund amount is calculated by deducting the used time rounded to full days, taking into account any discounts and promotions applied during the Subscription Plan payment;
      • The calculated refund amount is subject to deduction of the necessary commission for processing the refund.
   4. If the commission required for the refund exceeds the calculated refund amount, no refund will be processed.
   5. The Website's Administration reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases where the refund request is of a fraudulent nature, such as:
      • Manipulation of tariffs and Website promotions with the intention of benefiting from the difference between the paid funds and the refundable funds exceeding the services provided by the Website;
      • Unauthorized access by third parties to the User's Personal Account and/or payment instruments with the aim of seizing a portion of the funds paid by the User to the Website;
      • Other reasons and actions that the Website's Administration may consider suspicious.
10. Rights of the Administration
    1. To modify, improve, and update the Website without the consent or notification of the User.
    2. To impose any limitations on the use of the Website.
    3. To delete the User's Account if it has not been used by the User for a period of three or more calendar months.
    4. To send messages, notifications, requests, advertising information, and other relevant communications to the User.
    5. To access the User's Personal Account for monitoring the operation of the Website.
    6. To conduct preventive maintenance work that may result in the temporary suspension of the Website and/or the User's Personal Account.
    7. To restore the User's access to the Account in case of hacking, loss, or change of Username/password, provided that the following conditions are met:
       • The Account was used under a paid Subscription Plan;
       • The User has completed all mandatory actions specified in the access restoration instructions provided upon request by the User.
11. Personal Data

12. Disclaimer
    1. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of profit incurred by the User.
    2. The responsibility of the Administration under the Agreement cannot exceed the cost of the Subscription Plan paid by the User.
    3. In case of claims, demands, or lawsuits against the Administration related to the violation of third-party rights resulting from the User's breach of guarantees, the User undertakes to settle and compensate any damages incurred by the Administration.
    4. The Administration is not responsible for the decisions made by the User and disclaims any liability for losses and damages, including but not limited to lost profits, that may arise directly or indirectly from the use or non-use of information published on the Website. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy of the published data. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the information on the Website.
    5. Any statements, assumptions, or examples regarding income or profits posted on the site, whether at the time of User registration or later, are not a guarantee of their achievement. If the User considers potential profits or increased future earnings as guaranteed, they assume all risks associated with the possibility of not achieving them.
    6. Engaging in activities aimed at generating income and profits from participating in gambling entails risks. When making a decision to engage in such activities based on any information obtained from the Website, the User should consider the possibility of not receiving profits or incurring losses.
